«Objects of environment. Industrial waste»

Technical committee in standardization (further TC) is created in the economic sectors by the suggestions of state bodies and interested sides for undertaking the standardization works on the inter-sector level.

ТC № 71 approved by the Order of the Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 66 dated «09» February 2009.

Coordination of the activities of the technical committee in standardization is carried out by the Science-practical center for expertise and certification “Irtysh-Standard” Ltd. (further SPCEC “Irtysh-Standard” Ltd.), which implements the services and develops the technologies. It has very high scientific and practical capacity and experience in the area of investigation of environmental objects and industrial waste.

Technical Committee TC № 71 ES OE IW was created to undertake scientific research in development of regulative documents, and also for participation in the work of intergovernmental standardization.

The main principle for creation of the TC № 71 ES OE IW is the governmental character of the work undertaken on standardization of environmental objects and industrial waste, and the interest in its work by the governmental bodies, juridical and physical bodies.

TC № 71 ES OE IW has the right to lead the communication with all interested organizations and technical committee on a state level.

In its activities TC is guided by current legislation, standards and documents, accepted on the governmental and intergovernmental levels, and also by Decree on technical committee ES OE IW № 71.

Methodical guidance and coordination of the TC’s work is carried out by the Committee of Technical regulation and metrology of the MIT of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Running the correspondence, preparation and design of the documents for meetings of the Council of the technical committee is carried out by TC № 71 ES OE IW.

Objects of TC standardization include water, air, soil, industrial waste, approved by the Decree of the Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 66 dated «09» February 2009.

TC activities are carried out in the following directions:

- water quality, methods of water control, technological processes of water preparation;

- waste related to the industrial administrative activities of subjects (sludge, soils, drains, gaseous emissions, etc), quality composition, control methods, sampling.
