To improve the qualification of the employees, every year the Company allocates facilities to undertake courses, workshops in the environmental protection and industrial safety area.

Material-technical base of the company is equipped with computers and necessary organizational equipment, and also with newest software in the environmental protection design:

- ERA – air, ERA – waste, ERA – class – program complexes in the sphere of environmental protection design;

- Eco-info – ecological reference-book of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Reference system “Paragraph” allows the Company to undertake the operative and complex calculations corresponding to the current legislation;

- Program complex OKB “Burstroyproject” Ltd., “Well project developments” enables the Company to work out projects on the construction of oil and gas wells. Deposits might be located both on-shore and off-shore. Program complex supposes modern systematical provision and use of optimization algorithms to ensure minimum cost of well construction at a given level of quality. It provides reduced duration and cost of well construction project development, multiversion design, development of non-defects individual projects, establishing the level of well’s quality according to Client’s requirements.

Based on the contract with OKB “Burstroyproject” Ltd., “ECO-Astana NR” LLP received distributor’s right to sell program software “Well project developments” on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
